Custom Flower Girl Dresses

I am in love with what I do. Truly. In LOVE. There are a handful of people who can genuinely say that and I am so thankful that I can count myself as one. But really, when you get pictures like this, how could you NOT love what you do?

We're going on our 4th year of doing what we do and each year is better and business is bigger than before. Over the past 18 months we have fully launched into the Bridal Industry and are specializing in custom made OOAK Flower Girl Dresses designed by the brides themselves (with a little bit of help from me of course!). My brides are AMAZING to work with! In the almost 3oo dresses I've created I don't think I've ever had 2 weddings exactly the same. It's fabulous!

I love seeing the pictures that my brides send after their Big Day. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Yikes!

Yikes is right! I am not being a very good "blogger" these days now am I?

There have been so many fun, fun things happening at Juju's Tutus the past few weeks! Our first official month being on Etsy sure has been a ride of excitement and really busy!

Thank you to all of my newly found customers and all of my dedicated friends who I'm sure have blasted out my shop site to everyone that they know! Seriously, I wouldn't have been able to do what I did last month without all of your help, encouragement and love!

~Funky Paisley Tutu~

Made from alternating strips of Shimmering Hot Pink Tulle and Shimmering Peacock Blue Tulle topped with a layer of really cool printed tulle (with hot pink, blue and orange flowers and paisleys), this tutu is a party itself! The elastic waistband is wrapped in hot pink satin ribbon and tied into a beautiful bow.

~Something Blue Flower Girl Tutu~

Our Something Blue Flower Girl Tutu is made up of one very sweet and delicate layer of Light Blue tulle adorned with beautiful shimmering Ivory floral work that overlays 4 layers of Bridal Quality Ivory tulle. The elastic waistband is wrapped in Ivory Satin ribbon and tied into a beautiful boutique bow. The bow can be worn in the front or in the back of the tutu. It's also easy to customize this tutu by adding silk florals or genuine Swarovski Crystal Rhinestones to it. Just ask!

~Hot Pink and Black Floral Print Tutu~

The top layer of Black tulle is printed and flocked with hot pink flowers, green leaves and hot pink paisleys. Underneath this unique fabric is 2 layers of soft hot pink tulle.

The elastic waistband is wrapped in hot pink satin ribbon and tied into a beautiful bow that can be worn in the front or the back of the tutu.

Empire Waist Tutu Dresses

I LOVE these! They are so unique and so beautiful on! In all honesty when I began making them last year I completely underestimated the amount of time and skill level that it would take to actually make one look GOOD....several didn't! :(

Now that I've made a couple dozen, I'm confident that I have mastered my technique...that is until I find something new to add to them!

These dresses make such great Flower Girl Dresses, props for Children's Portraits and even are great to wear for everyday dress up. In face my best friend's little girl requested a "Belle" dress for her birthday back in March, just to play dress up in. Well, her wish was granted! I'll try and post a picture of her in it soon. It turned out really well! And don't forget what amazingly cute costumes these will make come fall!

The Empire Waist Tutu Dresses are hand crafted from yards and yards and yards of apparel quality (and sometimes bridal quality) tulle. There are 2 different elastic waistbands, one at the top and the other that creates the Empire Waist. Both elastics are wrapped with coordinating satin ribbons. The dresses can be worn strapless, as a halter or with spaghetti straps, depending on how it is customized. Flowers can also be added to the top of the dress, around the empire waistband, on the bows or throughout the skirt attached to the tulle.

If you can dream it, I can do my best to make it! In fact we've had requests for "Tiffany Blue" tulle and actually found it!

A perfect example of Summertime Splendidness! This Lavender Empire Waist Tutu Dress features triple layers of Lavender Tulle with a coordinating Lavender Satin ribbon wrapped Empire Waist and top of the dress. The front of the dress and Empire Waist band are adorned with fun purple daisies. Instead of a traditional halter top, this dress features delicate Lavender and White Polka Dot Satin Ribbon straps. This empire waist tutu dress features triple layers of Hot Pink and Cranberry Tulle with Hot Pink Satin wrapped around the Empire Waist Band and the top of the dress, securing into a Halter Strap. To add more dimension to the dress, a delicate Ivory Satin Ribbon is laced through the top Hot Pink Ribbon. The front of the dress is adorned with 1 beautiful Pink and Ivory Rose with 2 delicate Ivory roses on either side. The dress finishes with a Hot Pink Bow tied at the Empire Waist with a delicate Ivory Eyelet Ribbon on top. This dress can be custom ordered in any color. (shown in Child size)
